Our dresses are not for hire and are only for sale.

We ask our clients not to browse through our dresses. This is to protect the delicate and intricate fabric of our beautiful dresses to ensure that we preserve top quality of your dream dress. Each client has her own personal assistant that will do all the heavy lifting for you. Please do not hesitate to ask her to pull dresses for you.

We advise that you wear white/nude colour underwear, a strapless bra or silicone cups. You can also wear something similar to what you would wear on the day.

If you already know which shoes you want to wear, you can bring them as well.

We have a consultation fee of R400 for brides and a R300 fee for evening dress appointments.

We do not allow photos during any appointments. For events such as Matric Farewells, we want to ensure that your dress is unique and stands out of the crowd.

We allow you to bring a maximum of 2 guests. Bring the person whose opinion you value the most. This way you have a bigger chance of getting the best idea of exactly what you want. As much as we love animals please don’t bring them to the appointment as our designer dresses are made from various delicate fabrics.

Appointments for bridal fittings are  90 mins. Evening gown appointments are  1 hour.

Upon arrival, we will welcome you and your guests, discuss your personal preferences and share ideas. You will try on dresses and with our help find the style that compliments your personality and figure the best.

Once you have bought your dream dress you would need to come for a fitting with one of our seamstresses. These are scheduled on weekdays or on Saturdays between 9:00 and 10:00. A bride will usually come for 1 to 2 fittings depending on what has to be done to the dress. Our basic alterations range from R300 to R1500 once again depending on what has to be done. Any big alterations or additions may cost extra.

If a specific dress for one of our collections is not in store, we can order the dress for you. Dresses take approximately 4 - 6 months to arrive from date-of-order.
